• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

• We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $150.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

• We ship internationally! Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.

 

📦 Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

🛑 Shipping Issues

• Glam Vintage Threads is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs holds.

• We do not offer refunds for packages lost or delayed due to carrier error, but we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
