📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your vintage find — but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

✅ Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags still attached.

• You must request a return and receive approval before sending anything back.

• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

• Return shipping is not covered. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the item.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus original shipping, if applicable).

🔁 Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges.

• If you’d like a different item or size, please complete a return for the original item first.

• Once your return is processed, you can place a new order separately.

📩 To Start a Return:

Email us at sales@glamvintagethreads.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions.
